Abstract
Mazkur maqolada sanoat korxonalarida Lean Manufacturing tizimini joriy etishning boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta'siri ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Lean konsepsiyasining shakllanish bosqichlari, uning asosiy tamoyillari hamda zamonaviy korxonalarda ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtirishdagi o'rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishda isrofgarchiliklarni kamaytirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, qiymat yaratish zanjirini takomillashtirish va uzluksiz takomillashtirish tamoyillarining ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Maqolada Lean Manufacturing falsafasining raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari, jumladan MES, ERP hamda sun'iy intellekt texnologiyalari bilan uyg'unlashuvi natijasida korxonalarda boshqaruvning yangi sifat bosqichi shakllanayotgani asoslab berilgan. Muallif tomonidan zamonaviy sanoat korxonalarida Lean tizimini samarali joriy etish boshqaruv qarorlarining tezkorligi, ishlab chiqarish unumdorligi va korxonaning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishning muhim omillaridan biri ekanligi xulosalangan.

В статье исследовано влияние внедрения системы Lean Manufacturing на эффективность управления промышленными предприятиями. Рассмотрены теоретические основы концепции бережливого производства, этапы ее развития и значение для повышения эффективности производственных процессов. Особое внимание уделено сокращению производственных потерь, рациональному использованию ресурсов, совершенствованию цепочки создания ценности и реализации принципа непрерывного совершенствования. Показано, что интеграция Lean Manufacturing с современными цифровыми технологиями, включая MES, ERP и системы искусственного интеллекта, способствует формированию нового уровня управления промышленными предприятиями. Сделан вывод о том, что применение принципов бережливого производства является важным фактором повышения производительности, оперативности управленческих решений и конкурентоспособности предприятий в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики.

This article examines the impact of implementing the Lean Manufacturing system on management efficiency in industrial enterprises. The theoretical foundations of Lean Manufacturing, its development stages, and its role in optimizing production processes are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to waste reduction, efficient resource utilization, value stream improvement, and the principle of continuous improvement. The study also highlights the integration of Lean Manufacturing with modern digital technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is argued that the combination of Lean principles with digital transformation technologies creates a new level of management capability, improves operational performance, enhances decision-making quality, and strengthens enterprise competitiveness under Industry 4.0 conditions.
