Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada maktab o‘quvchilarida mehnatsevarlik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish jarayonining nazariy-metodik asoslari keng yoritiladi. Mehnatsevarlikning pedagogik mohiyati, uning shaxs kamolotidagi o‘rni, mehnat ta’limida qo‘llaniladigan metodlarning samaradorligi va o‘quvchilarning yosh xususiyatlari bilan bog‘liq jihatlar tahlil qilinadi. Amaliy mashg‘ulotlar, loyihaviy ta'lim, jamoaviy faoliyat, raqamli texnologiyalar, kuzatish va o‘qituvchi namunasi orqali o‘quvchilarda mehnatga bo‘lgan ijobiy munosabatni shakllantirish mexanizmlari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, oila va jamiyatning mehnat tarbiyasidagi o‘rni, motivatsiya va baholashning o‘quvchilarning mehnatga intilishiga qo‘shadigan hissasi batafsil yoritiladi.

МЕТОДЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ТРУДОЛЮБИЯ У ШКОЛЬНИКОВ

В данной статье широко раскрываются теоретико-методические основы процесса формирования трудолюбия у школьников. Анализируются педагогическая сущность трудолюбия, его роль в развитии личности, эффективность методов, применяемых в трудовом воспитании, а также аспекты, связанные с возрастными особенностями учащихся. Научно обосновываются механизмы формирования положительного отношения к труду у школьников через практические занятия, проектное обучение, коллективную деятельность, цифровые технологии, наблюдение и пример учителя. Также подробно рассматривается роль семьи и общества в трудовом воспитании, а также вклад мотивации и оценки в развитие стремления учащихся к труду.

METHODS OF DEVELOPING INDUSTRIOUSNESS SKILLS IN SCHOOL STUDENTS

This article comprehensively explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing industriousness skills in school students. It analyzes the pedagogical essence of industriousness, its role in personality development, the effectiveness of methods used in labor education, and aspects related to students’ age characteristics. The mechanisms for forming a positive attitude toward work among students are scientifically substantiated through practical activities, project-based learning, collaborative work, digital technologies, observation, and the teacher’s example. The role of family and society in labor education, as well as the contribution of motivation and assessment to students’ willingness to work, are also thoroughly discussed
